We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this website. In practice that means text you can read without straining, pages you can move through by keyboard, images with meaningful alt text, and forms that announce themselves properly to a screen reader.
Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a box we checked once. Parts of this site rely on third-party booking and mapping tools we do not fully control, and some pages will meet the standard better than others. Where we fall short, we would rather know than not know.
Call us at (866) 365-2221 and tell us what happened. Describe the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you were using. That is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem and get it in front of the right person.
If you are trying to complete a booking and the website is in your way, say so on the call. We can take the reservation over the phone while the underlying issue gets fixed.

Every home we manage is privately owned, and accessibility differs from one to the next. Some are single-level with step-free entry. Others have stairs at the front door, a sunken living room, or a narrow hallway. A house with a ground-floor bedroom may still have a bathroom you cannot roll into.
The features a given home does have are listed on its individual listing page, alongside photos of the entry, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Read those before you book, and use the photos to check the things written descriptions tend to skip: thresholds, shower curbs, door widths, and the path from the parking spot to the front door.
We do not describe any of our homes as ADA-compliant. That is a legal standard written for public accommodations, and it is not a claim we can make about a private residence.
If one specific feature decides the trip for you, call the local team before you reserve. They can look at the home, measure a doorway, check whether the pool has steps or a ladder, and tell you plainly whether the place will work for you. A quick call beats arriving at a house you cannot get into.
Things worth asking about: how many steps there are at the entry, whether a bedroom and full bathroom are both on the ground floor, shower versus tub and whether the shower has a curb, doorway and hallway widths, grab bars, the parking surface and the distance from it to the door, and whether furniture can be moved to widen a path.
Because we care for these homes on behalf of their owners, we cannot make structural changes to them. Smaller adjustments are often possible, and it costs nothing to ask.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some pages, and some third-party tools embedded in the site, may not fully meet it yet. If you run into a barrier, call (866) 365-2221 and describe what happened so we can reproduce it and fix it.
No. We do not describe any home as ADA-compliant, because these are private residences rather than public accommodations. Individual homes may still have features such as a single-level layout or a step-free entry. Those appear on the listing page and can be confirmed with the local team.
Check each listing page, where accessibility features are listed alongside photos of the entry and interior. Because these details vary home to home, call (866) 365-2221 before you book and ask the local team to confirm the specific features you need.
Yes. Call (866) 365-2221 and we can take your reservation over the phone. Please also tell us what blocked you on the site, so the problem gets fixed for the next person.
Call (866) 365-2221 and tell the local team what you are having trouble with in the home. Structural changes are not something we can make to a privately owned house, but smaller accommodations are often possible and the team will tell you honestly what is available.
