These terms govern how you use this website: browsing homes, checking availability, requesting quotes, and booking online. They do not govern your stay.
Casago SoCal is the brand under which licensed California brokerages manage vacation rental homes across eleven destinations, from the Central Coast to the Coachella Valley. Each destination is served by the brokerage licensed for it, and the footer of every destination page names that brokerage, its designated broker, and its CA DRE license number. These terms are an agreement between you and the Casago SoCal brokerage responsible for the destination you are browsing.
Effective date: September 2026.
Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The terms of your stay come from the rental agreement you sign when you book, not from this page. That agreement covers occupancy, house rules, check-in and check-out, pets, damage, cancellation, and refunds for the specific home you reserved. Where the two documents differ about your stay, the rental agreement controls.
Cancellation terms, payment schedules, fees, and taxes are set per home and per market. The ones that apply to your reservation appear in your quote at checkout and in your rental agreement. Nothing on this page changes them. Read both before you book, and call the local office if a term is unclear.
You may use this site to look at homes, check availability, request quotes, and book a stay for yourself or for the people traveling with you. You need to be legally able to enter a binding contract, and the information you give us has to be accurate and complete.
Please do not scrape, crawl, mirror, or copy the site or its listings for another service or database; probe, disrupt, or work around the site's security; use the site to send unsolicited messages; hold or place reservations you do not intend to honor, or book on someone else's behalf without their permission; upload unlawful or malicious material; or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend or block access to the site when it is being used that way.
A quote on this site is priced for specific dates and a specific home, and it holds only while those nights remain open. Your reservation is confirmed when we send you a confirmation and the payment terms shown in your quote have been met. Until then, the calendar can change.
Rates move with the season in every market we manage, so the same home prices differently across the year. If a listing, rate, fee, or total is displayed in error, we may correct it, and we will contact you before charging an amount that differs from the total you approved.
Payments made through this site are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not control their systems, and their own terms apply to how your card data is collected and stored.
Photos, floor plans, amenity lists, maps, and neighborhood notes describe our homes as accurately as we can keep them, but they are not guarantees. Furnishings get replaced, an amenity goes out of service, construction starts next door, and local short-term rental rules change. The details that bind us for your reservation are the ones in your confirmation and rental agreement.
Our area guides and destination pages are for general planning. Coastal fog, desert heat, mountain snow, and weekend traffic all shift with the season, and public parks, beaches, and businesses keep their own hours and their own rules. Check current conditions before you rely on anything you read here.
The text, photographs, video, graphics, layout, and code on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to view pages, share links, and print what you need to plan your own trip. You may not republish, resell, or feed this content into another listing site, database, or model training set without written permission.
The Casago name, logo, and related marks are the property of their owner and are used by this office as part of the Casago franchise system. Other company names, logos, and product names on the site belong to their respective owners.
If you send us a review, photo, comment, or suggestion through this site, you keep ownership of it. You also give us permission to use it in our marketing and on our site, with your first name and market where that is relevant. Send only material you have the right to share, and leave out other people's personal information.
Do not send confidential or sensitive information through public forms on this site. We may remove submitted content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive, and we are not obligated to publish or keep anything you send.

This section addresses liability arising from use of this website. Liability connected to your stay is addressed in the rental agreement you sign when you book, and nothing here waives any right you hold under California law that cannot be waived.
Every home on this site is in California, and every Casago SoCal brokerage is licensed in California. These terms, and any dispute about this website, are governed by the law of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the county in which the home you booked is located.
Before anything formal, we would rather hear from you. Contact the local office that manages the home and give our team a chance to fix the problem.
We update these terms when the site changes or the law does. The version posted on this page is the current one, and the effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. An update to this page does not change a reservation you have already made.
