There is also an upper patio that overlooks the pool yard - and features a lounge area and more outdoor dining. One step through the door and you ll know you have made the right choice. I’m glad you enjoyed the house, pool, and location — and I’m sorry your experience was let down by the transactional communication, the spa/bubbles confusion, the tired furnishings, and the unexpected noise from nearby works. A few steps we’re taking: - We’ll update the listing and our pre-arrival instructions to clearly state that spa bubbles require pool heat (and any associated fee), and include clear, labeled instructions for the switches so guests don’t have to hunt for them. - We’re retraining our messaging team and reinforcing use of a local contact who actually knows the property so responses aren’t impersonal. - We’ll review the living-room layout and the sofa/TV setup and schedule a spruce-up for the worn items you noted. - While we can’t control neighborhood construction or roadworks, we’ll do our best to monitor scheduled works and notify future guests when we learn of them.
